NOTE: Some states take much longer to register a franchise. Consequently, we are not yet registered in all states, but we are working toward nationwide coverage. Alternatively, some states allow exemptions from registration under certain circumstances, and other states do not require any registration. We estimate that costs to construct and open an RV Self-Park franchise to be between $122,325-$334,750. This does NOT include the cost of real estate. An RV Self-Park will require approximately 1.65 acres of land for 10 sites which must be acquired separate from the other costs mentioned previously. Please note successful franchise applicants will be required to provide documentation showing they have sufficient access to capital.
